A: Yes! Our monthly package includes access to all available classes in your chosen art!
Q: Do I have to designate training days?
A: Absolutely not! With our flexible timetable you don't have to lock in any training days and can attend whichever applicable class you want. This helps for students with hectic or changing schedules.
Q: Do I need any experience to attend classes?
A: No. We have an appropriate class for beginners all the way through to advanced.
Q: Am I too old to do Martial Arts?
A: It's never too late to start your Martial Arts Journey! Don't let another day go by that you put it off!
Q: How many Instructors do you have?
A: We strive to provide the best student to Instructor ratio we can. At any given time we have at least one Senior Instructor on the floor with multiple Assistant Instructors to make sure all of our students receive the best tuition they can.
Q: Can't I just learn Martial Arts from online videos and Youtube?
A: While there are many online resources and tutorials, there is no replacement for in-person instruction. Online resources are meant only as additional tools. To learn martial arts correctly, a student needs proper guidance from qualified instructors
Q: Will I be able to protect myself with Taekwondo?
A: There are no guarantees in Self-Defence, however Taekwondo is an excellent tool to provide you with knowledge, options and increased confidence when dealing with dangerous situations.
Q: I'm not very flexible. Can I still learn Taekwondo?
A: Of course! While many people consider Taekwondo as being purely focussed on kicking, this is not the only purpose of Taekwondo. Flexibility will come with time and dedicated practice.
Q: Will I lose weight while training Taekwondo?
A: Taekwondo is a great tool to assist in a healthy lifestyle, however it is important to remember that exercise must be used in conjunction with other lifestyle changes such as diet and nutrition to see positive results.
